Europe: 10 euros flat rate for European orders

International: 20 euros flat rate for international orders.

For all orders shipping outside of the UE the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped from our office in France within 5-7 business days after being placed. If you need an order shipped sooner, please write to studio@ines-bressand.com to coordinate.

Once the package has been sent, Inès Bressand Studio cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or damage to the package.


RETURNS
For any order you have 10 calendar days to return one or more items at your own expense. Your refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your package.

How to return your item(s) – French and International Customers:
Currently, Inès Bressand Studio does not offer a free returns service. If you want to return an item please write at studio@ines-bressand.com. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post so we recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.
